Refund Policy

Refund Policy on Softcover Books:

If you are not completely satisfied with your softcover edition, delivered via US Mail, within 7 days after receiving your book, we will gladly refund 100% of your purchase price, minus shipping charges. To return your book for refund, please contact us at [email protected] for instructions. Refunds will be credited upon receipt, and condition, of the returned softcover book.

Refund Policy on Digital Downloads:

We have a no refund policy on all digital downloads. All sales are final, and all charges from those sales are non-refundable. Before you click purchase on the final confirmation page, please make sure that what you’re about to order is correct. If you experience any problems with your download, please contact us immediately at [email protected], or try to re-download the file (you will have 24 hours from the time of purchase to successfully download the digital file).

Refund/Cancellation Policy for Coaching Sessions:

All coaching sessions are paid in advance in order to secure your date and time. You may reschedule or cancel your coaching session prior to 24 hours in advance. If a session is cancelled, prior to 24 hours before your scheduled time slot, you will receive a refund or credit toward another session. If rescheduling, cancelling, or a missed session occurs within 24 hours of your appointed time slot you will be charged full price, as I’m unable to book that time with someone else.
